My somatic work is a weaving together of many modalities including somatic coaching, breathwork training, my work as a Wheel of Consent Facilitator, energy healing work, focusing, holistic pelvic care & intimacy education.

Prior to offering somatic healing work I had my hands in the dirt for a decade as an organic farmer & spent most of the following decade as an emergency nurse. These relationships with the land & the human body have deeply informed my practice.
